Who can use Pehno

You must be at least 13 to use Pehno. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you. You need a Google account to sign in. Keep it secure, because anything done through your Pehno account is your responsibility.

What Pehno does

Pehno helps you catalogue your clothes and gives AI styling advice: product checks, comparisons, layered looks, wardrobe gaps, packing advice and more. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

AI advice is a suggestion

Pehno's advice comes from AI. It can be wrong or incomplete, or out of date, especially about prices, reviews, sizes, stock and product details from stores. AI-made product photos and combo pictures are illustrations, not exact images of the item. Check the store listing before you buy. You decide what to buy and wear, and we aren't responsible for purchases you make based on Pehno's advice.

Stores and other services

Pehno isn't affiliated with Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio or any other store, and doesn't sell anything itself. Store names and product images belong to their owners. Purchases are between you and the store. When you use other services through Pehno, such as Google Gemini with your own key or ChatGPT for Try-on, their own terms apply.

Pehno AI, credits and paid plans

• Pehno AI comes with free credits each month. AI requests use credits. Answers and generated images use different amounts, and the app shows what you have left. Daily limits may also apply.
• Optional paid plans add more credits. They're monthly subscriptions bought and billed through Google Play, and they renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Credits reset each billing month, don't roll over, and have no cash value. They can't be transferred or exchanged.
• You can cancel any time in Play Store › Payments & subscriptions. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app or your Pehno account doesn't cancel a subscription.
• Google Play's refund policies apply to refunds. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, these terms don't take it away.
• We may change free credits, plans, credit costs and limits. A price change for an existing subscription follows Google Play's notice process.
• If you use your own Gemini API key, those requests don't use Pehno credits. Google bills you for them under your own agreement with Google.

Your content

Your photos, notes and other content stay yours. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run Pehno for you. That includes storing your backups and sending content to our service providers for the AI features you use, as our Privacy Policydescribes. Only add photos you have the right to use. Don't add photos of other people without their permission.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• break the law or anyone else's rights while using Pehno;
• upload sexual, abusive or illegal content, or images of children that aren't appropriate;
• try to get around credit limits, share or resell access, or use Pehno AI for anything other than Pehno;
• reverse engineer, attack or overload Pehno or its servers, except where the law allows it; or
• use bots or scripts to access Pehno, or to scrape stores through it.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where it's fair and lawful, we'll tell you why.

Pehno's rights

The app, its design, name and logo belong to Sairev. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. The AI output you receive is yours to use as you like, subject to the terms of the AI provider.

Availability and backups

We work to keep Pehno running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Cloud backups are a convenience, not a guaranteed archive. Export your own backup from Settings if your wardrobe matters to you.

Disclaimer and liability

Pehno is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or purchases. If we are liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid for Pehno in the 12 months before the claim and ₹1,000. None of this limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Ending

You can stop using Pehno any time, and delete your account in Settings › Account. If we ever shut Pehno down, we will give reasonable notice in the app so you can export your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Indiahave jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please email us, and we'll try to sort it out.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep using Pehno after a change, you accept the new terms.
