Delete your Pehno account

What gets deleted

• Your Pehno account and the Google sign-in details linked to it (name, email, profile picture link).
• All your cloud backups: your wardrobe, photos, style profile and body measurements, saved advice, chats, suitcases, combos and sets.
• Your plan, credit balance and subscription record.
• If you delete in the app, everything Pehno stored on that phone too, including your Gemini API key if you added one.

What we keep

• AI usage records (the feature used, the model, token counts, cost and errors, with no photos, prompts or answers) are unlinked from your account, so they no longer identify you. We keep them to account for costs.
• Purchase records for any paid plan are kept by Google Play under Google's own policies. We can't delete those.
• Exported backup zips you saved yourself, to Drive or Files, stay wherever you saved them.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Pehno, or you'll keep being charged.

Delete some data but keep your account

• Single items or advice: open the piece, check, look, suitcase or audit and tap the delete icon.
• Everything on this phone: Settings › Start over › Delete all data. This wipes the phone but keeps your account and existing cloud backups. To remove the backups too, delete your account.
